Ville Verte is developed by Casa Orascom, a real estate developer based in Dakar. The project is part of the development vision for the Lac Rose urban hub and has the approval of the State of Senegal: recognition that matches the ambition behind it.
Construction officially began on 20 May 2026 with a groundbreaking ceremony that brought together the General Delegation for the Promotion of Urban Hubs (DGPU), the municipality, government authorities and our teams.

Who is developing Ville Verte?
Casa Orascom, a real estate developer based in Dakar (Mermoz Pyrotechnie). Ville Verte is part of the Lac Rose urban hub and has the approval of the State of Senegal.
Can international buyers purchase a home?
Yes. Ville Verte welcomes buyers from the Senegalese diaspora and international investors. Our advisors support you throughout the purchase, and the four purchase plans are open to all buyers.
