These terms govern the use of the website villeverte.sn (the “website”) and of the services it offers: information about the Ville Verte project, contact and site visit forms, the budget simulator, the client account and the referral programme. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
1. Publisher

2. Purpose of the website
The website presents the Ville Verte project, its neighbourhoods, its homes and its payment plans, and lets you contact our sales team, book a site visit, estimate your budget and follow the progress of the project.
3. Information, prices and availability
The information published on the website (plans, surfaces, descriptions, renderings, prices, availability, delivery dates) is given for information only and may change at any time without notice. Renderings and photographs are artist’s impressions and do not form part of any contract. The list of available homes is updated from our sales records but a home shown as available may be reserved before your request is handled. Nothing on the website constitutes a contractual offer: only the reservation contract and the sale contract signed with Casa Orascom bind the parties.
4. Budget simulator and monthly payments
The budget simulator and the monthly payments shown on the website are estimates calculated from the figures you enter and from standard assumptions (annual rate, duration, down payment). They do not constitute a financing offer, a credit agreement or a commitment from Casa Orascom or from any bank. The actual conditions depend on the payment plan you choose, on the home and on, where applicable, the decision of your bank.
5. Client account
Creating a client account lets you see, on the website, the monthly payments corresponding to your own simulation. You undertake to give accurate details, to use one account per person and to keep your password confidential; you are responsible for any use of the website made with your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively, that has been created with false details or that has not been used for two years. You can ask for the closure of your account at any time by writing to the address in section 1.
6. Forms, newsletter and contact
By sending a form or signing up to the newsletter you agree to be contacted by our sales team by the means you have chosen (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail) about the Ville Verte project. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see the Privacy Policy). The forms are reserved for people acting on their own behalf or with the authorisation of the person concerned.
7. Referral programme
The referral programme has its own conditions, available from our sales team. Sending a referral through the website does not by itself give right to any reward: rewards are paid under the conditions of the programme in force at the time of the referral, after the referred person signs a sale contract.
8. Intellectual property
The website and everything it contains (texts, images, renderings, plans, logos, videos, software) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Casa Orascom or to its partners. You may consult the website and print or download pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution without our prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Use of the website
You undertake to use the website in accordance with the law and with these terms, and in particular not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or data, not to disrupt its operation, not to submit false, abusive or automated requests and not to use the content for unsolicited commercial communications.
10. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the website available and accurate but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Casa Orascom cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or from the impossibility of using it, from the information it contains or from the websites it links to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
12. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date of last update. Changes apply to any use of the website after their publication.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Senegal. Any dispute relating to the website that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Dakar, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
